Q: When I'm shopping and I add items to the cart, my stuff is not staying in the shopping cart.
A: Peak Cycles (bikeparts.com) uses a cookie to keep track of the items added and removed from your shopping cart. You will need to enable your cookies in order to purchase from us. Here's how to change the settings on Internet Explorer and Netscape:

    Q: If I have a discount or promotion code, how do I use it?

    A: If you have made an order before with us, then we have stored your billing information from your previous order.     A: Peak Cycles (bikeparts.com) uses United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service for shipping (Military orders must choose USPS), we provide you this tracking number via an email when the item is shipped. Order status information is not available online through our site at this time, however You can track pakages through www.UPS.com and www.USPS.com with the tracking number we provide you.

    Q: What are my Shipping Options while Shopping Online?
    A: U.S. orders are shipped either UPS Ground, UPS 3Day Select, UPS 2nd Day or U.S. Postal Service Priority (recommended). Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of your items.

    Q: Do you ship to International Addresses?
    A: Yes, we do ship internationally based on the customer's ability to provide bikeparts.com with adequate information to help prevent overseas fraud. We require all International orders to be paid by PayPal. International orders can be placed directly on our website. After you place your International order you will be sent a PayPal request for payment.

    Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?
    A: When you view a specific item, if it is out of stock, you will not be able to place the item in your shopping cart. If the item is out of stock, you will have the option on the specific item page to be emailed when the item is back in stock.

    A: To Price Match an item when you are ordering via the Web, simply give us the item, the price and where you saw this price.
