Gale Bernhardt
of the "Performance Associates" will be writing periodically in our site. Gale
is a nationally recognized endurance sports specialist
and a national competitor. In conjunction with the
Performance Associates she trains athletes and writes
for several national publications.
In addition to Gale,
we also have several cyclists that enjoy writing
articles about training and racing (people who live
